In today’s Assembly both Cosmetology and Esthetics students were put into triads and had 1 hour to complete a Halloween hair and makeup challenge from conception of the look to full hair and makeup application. Congratulations to the top 3 looks which were voted on by Penrose Academy faculty and staff.
