In today’s assembly our student body were split into groups of three students and given the challenge of coming up with a comprehensive editorial hair style and makeup application based on one of six TV Shows or Summer Blockbusters. The choices for the students inspiration were Jursassic World, Inside Out, Mad Max, MobWives, The Vampire Diaries, or Game of Thrones. The students had 1 hour to come up with a complete hair and makeup concept and complete the full application of makeup and styling of hair. At the end of the challenge our faculty and staff judged all groups, and the Winners are:
- 1st Place: Senia S, Alyssa M & Taisha C
- 2nd Place: Aundi S, Sara S & Hannah S
- 3rd Place: Gabby B, Shauntae D, Lindi F & Katie L
The first place winners will have the opportunity to go to lunch with our President and Founder Jill Kohler. Congratulations to our entire student body! We had so many fantastic applications it was extremely difficult to narrow it down to just 3 top groups!
