During the final zone of their program, Cosmetology students are offered the optional opportunity to go on Salon Tours with Penrose Academy Student Services Coordinator Emily Kloppenburg. During Salon Tours students visit salons around the Phoenix area to see what day to day salon life is like. Students are able to ask questions of owners and employees of the visited salons, pass our their resume and begin to make industry connections. During the most recent Salon Tours our Cosmetology class approaching graduation in July visited Rowdy Hair, Toni & Guy Salon, Sports Clips, and Loyal.T Salon and visited with Penrose Academy Alumni working at each salon!
