Last night Penrose President Jill Kohler along with Senior Director of Education Nicole Parcells and Marketing Coordinator Caroline Winkler attended Penrose Academy Alumni Todd Kane’s Love Out Lavender Event.
As a Penrose Academy Alumni Todd has risen in the professional beauty industry as an NAHA finalist, Matrix Artistic Educator, and Creative Director for Ramon Bacaui Salon. In 2014 through a partnership with Modern Salon and City of Hope Todd launched Love Out Lavender, a unique movement uniting creative people to conquer cancer. Over the past year, the Love Out Lavender campaign raised $10,000 toward the fight of cancer. Penrose Academy was proud to be in attendance as Todd and his husband Eddie Kane, a cancer survivor himself presented the check for $10,000 to Andrea from City of Hope.
