Today our Cosmetology students attended our Assembly featuring Johnny B Clipper specialist Rufio the Barber. Rufio attended a Barbering Academy in Phoenix, AZ and has been working in the professional beauty industry for 4 years. He was able to share is in depth knowledge of both Men’s and Women’s grooming techniques using barbering, clipper techniques and Johnny B Products. Rufio educated the student’s on the different tools of the barbering field, including the different types of guards and motors used in clipper cutting. Through a live demonstration he was able to explain the different types of men’s cuts offered including the difference between a low fade, taper fade and skin taper.
