Part of our culture at Penrose Academy is hosting a food truck monthly. This month we were lucky to host Triple Dot Food Truck. Self-described as a concept free, random good food truck the Triple Dot Food Truck shared Dutch Dessert sand a vast variety of empanadas with our students and staff today.
