One of the ways that Penrose Academy connects students to their career goals is by hosting our career fair. We invite employers from all over the valley to our campus to network and meet our students.
Networking is one of the most important aspects to the beauty industry. While perseverance and skill are ultimately the deciding factors to where you will end up, networking with everyone you meet in the industry will create more opportunity.
Last week, we hosted our largest career fair to date, having 39 employers in attendance.
Students had the ability to hand out resumes and get a feel for all that is waiting for them from a potential employer. Thank you to all the employers who took the time to come meet with our students and give them an opportunity to connect with you.
