How Our Student Salon, Spa & Medical Spa Works
All services are performed by students under the supervision of licensed educators. Your visit begins with a consultation, where a student discusses your desired services. An educator will then join to review your selections before the student proceeds with your service, ensuring guidance and support throughout your appointment.
At the conclusion of your service, the student will guide you to our retail marketplace and give you product recommendations for you to re-create your look or keep your skin healthy at home. Before you leave one of our guest relations coordinators will assist you with paying for your services and products, then schedule your next appointment in our Student Salon, Spa or Medical Spa.
Our Policies
- To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests, children under the age of eight must be supervised by an adult at all times while on Penrose Academy’s campus. If you are receiving services in our Student Salon, Spa, or Medical Spa and bring a child under eight, we kindly ask that another adult be present to supervise them.
- For convenience, we are a cashless facility and accept card payments and Apple Pay.
- Penrose Academy reserves the right to decline services as needed.
