We’re thrilled to highlight the Spring 2025 Student Council and some of the amazing things they’ve already been a part of this semester.
This group was elected back in February during our all-school assembly, where candidates stepped on stage to share why they wanted to serve their peers and be part of student council. It takes courage to speak in front of the entire student body and faculty, and we’re proud of every student who participated. Your words and willingness to get involved are a big part of what makes our Penrose culture so strong.
Student Council is a peer-elected leadership group that helps plan events, support charity drives, and create connections across campus. This spring, they’ve taken the lead on organizing a hygiene drive to support Homeless Youth Connection, our charity partner. They also toured HYC’s facility to learn more about the organization and who they’re helping.
In addition, our council members recently visited Pinnacle Peak High School to assist with hair and makeup for the school’s Junior + Senior Prom Theme Reveal—an awesome opportunity to give back and share their skills.
This Friday, they’ll join our President at the State Board of Barbering & Cosmetology meeting for a behind-the-scenes look at how our industry is regulated in Arizona.
Please join us in congratulating:
