- full name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, date of birth, program interests or enrollment preferences, educational background, and emergency contact information
Mobile opt-in information
- your mobile phone number and consent status when you opt in to receive SMS/text messages
Technical information
- IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and date and time of access
2. How We Use Information
Penrose collects personal information only with the express consent of the user. We use it to communicate with you according to your indicated preferences (email, text, phone, or mail) and for service-related communications, including:
- Responding to program inquiries and scheduling tours or admissions meetings.
- Sending enrollment, admissions, and student communications.
- Sending text messages (SMS) related to your inquiry or enrollment, if you have opted in.
- Internal record keeping and improving our programs and services.
3. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through a form on penrose.edu or by providing your number to Penrose staff, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry or enrollment, including program information, admissions follow-up, appointment reminders, and student communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at 480-222-9540.
No mobile information — including SMS opt-in data, consent, and phone numbers — will be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data may only be shared with vendors that directly support delivery of our text messages (such as our SMS platform provider), and only to deliver those messages. 4. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only as follows:
Service providers
- enrollment platforms and student information systems, payment processors, email providers, and our SMS platform provider, who are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data and use it only to provide services to Penrose.
Legal requirements
- where required by law, regulation, accreditation body, or valid legal process.
With your consent
- for any other purpose you authorize.
5. Opting Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP; we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You can opt out of email newsletters using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter, or by replying to request removal.

We use traffic-log cookies to identify which pages are being used, which helps us analyze web traffic and improve the website. This information is used for statistical analysis only. A cookie does not give us access to your computer or any information beyond the data you choose to share.
